RightPrice Coleraine is engaged in the supply and fitting of flooring and supply and delivery of bedroom, dining and living room furniture.

Health, safety and security

RightPrice Coleraine  recognises the importance of health, safety and security - both during the project and afterwards.

The company's health and safety policy sets out our commitment and outlines our approach to effective health and safety management. Our processes and procedures are designed not simply to meet legal requirements but to effectively deliver a healthy, safe and secure working environment for our employees and everyone else who might be affected by our work,

Equality

We recognise the contribution our employees make to the success of what we do. We are committed to offering our employees fair terms and conditions, ensuring they have the skills and qualifications they need, and providing opportunities for training and development.

All staff are allocated with authority to perform their allocated responsibilities. The Managing Director continually reviews the company's resources to ensure that adequate staff, equipment and materials are available to meet customer requirements.

Customers
The Company's customers are of paramount importance. We -

• Seek to be honest and fair in our dealings with our customers.

• Provide and promote a range of products responsive to customer needs that provide value for money.
• Provide products that are safe, fit for purpose, meet legal standards and are never described in a misleading manner.
• Treat all customer complaints seriously and provide a readily accessible source of advice and guidance regarding our products and services.

 Suppliers/Associates

Suppliers of products and services will be selected on the basis of  products quality, reliability (including on time delivery) and cost.

Purchase orders may be verbal or written, as agreed between the business and the particular supplier. Adequate information will be provided when ordering to ensure delivery in accordance with requirements.

Any supplier shortcomings that arise will be considered during the business reviews.

Records

Storage facilities are allocated which ensure that all stored records are identifiable and retrievable, and the storage areas are free from damp and other agents which could cause premature deterioration.

Where records are maintained on computer files and these are subject to "back-up" at regular intervals, with the "back-up" information being stored in a protected location to ensure security from loss/ damage of active data.

The business leadership will assess what records need to be kept to minimise exposure to risk, for example contract documents, personnel records, etc.

Sustainability

RightPrice Coleraine understands the importance of sustainability - in design, delivery and in continuing operation. This is reflected in how we:

• Source sustainable materials and look for ethical suppliers
• Work with the local community where appropriate
• Minimise waste during delivery and construction.
